G2 Schaulager
In 2022, G2 Kunsthalle expanded its exhibition space by adding an additional floor and opened the G2 Schaulager. The total space now comprises more than 2,200 m². G2 Schaulager combines the storage and presentation of contemporary art through the installation of an open storage wall system surrounded by conventional exhibition space. This allows the Hildebrand Collection to be preserved while also making it directly accessible to visitors. In addition, G2 Schaulager provides space for temporary exhibitions, events and projects. The result is a multifaceted and vibrant venue where the collection, exhibitions and cultural exchange come together.
